Adventure beckoned. The sun was out, so Tundra and I set out for the hills. It is amazing how warm 64 degrees, sun, and no wind can feel when compared to yesterday's 41 degrees, wind, and rain. My family picked more berries in Girdwood, so a route off the highway was perfect.Dall sheep and eagle in the same photo. Cool!

Adventure beckoned. My family wanted to pick berries in Hatcher Pass, so I decided to seize an opportunity to explore Bald Mountain Ridge. The weather was lousy (41 degrees, windy, and rainy...), but the views were delicious. Tundra had fun chasing birds and squirrels. I had 2.5 hours of contemplation and spiritual wilderness adventures.
